Jonathan Lai

Jonathan Lai is a third year undergraduate medical student from The University of Melbourne. He has joined the team at QEI for a one year research project as part of his dual degree - Bachelor of Medical Science and Bachelor of Medicine/Surgery. A Brisbane boy and graduate of Anglican Church Grammar School in East Brisbane, Jonathan is delighted to be back home and be part of the team at QEI, under the leadership of his supervisor, Dr Peter Madden. He and Dr Madden continue their research into growing corneal cells on a silk membrane for future transplantation.
